Our Story

Founder & Creative Designer

Sarah is a Creative Designer, Artist, Photographer and the founder of Creative Culture Collective, an innovative that helps brands bring their ideas to life through bold visuals and thoughtful design. 

Before leaving for college she attended Shreiner University for an intensive four-week program of advanced art instruction specifically created for talented high-school art students. The students are able to receive one-on-one instruction in oil painting and sculpture from nationally recognized professional artists. She earned her Bachelors degree in Child Psychology from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!), where she got to explore a diverse variety of subjects, and skills. While earning her degree, she joined a great group of motivated fitness & socially driven members apart of one of the greatest Country Club communities in the country. 

After a few years working with a mix of these clientelle, projects, and everything in between—Sarah decided to start Creative Culture Collective as a way to bring a more personal, hands-on approach to design work. Her style blends strategy with creativity, and they're all about helping people tell their stories in a way that feels real and memorable.

When she is not designing or working on a project, you can usually find her watching a spooky documentary, working up new ideas, or reading something good to accomplish her reading challenge.

Co-Founder

Reagan is a people-first professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from University of Houston Clearlake and a strong background in customer service. Passionate about helping others and creating meaningful connections, she has built a career around understanding people’s needs and finding ways to make every interaction a positive one.

Reagan knew she wanted to help take her expertise to the next level and helped launch Creative Culture. She learned firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up — patience, teamwork, and genuine care for every customer. That experience deepened her appreciation for great service and the impact it has on a company’s success.

Known for her warm communication style and dedication to doing the right thing for others, Reagan strives to bring empathy, integrity, and enthusiasm to every role. Whether supporting a customer, a teammate, or a growing organization, she believes that great service starts with genuine human connection.
